Original

member Keith Morrill. Keith is the resident wood
carver at the National Museum of woodcarving in Custer,
SD. This is Wild Bill Hickock country so a caricature
of the famous gunfighter is certainly appropriate. Wild
Bill is 12” tall, including the base, and is finished

Landen
Original
signed woodcarving by Caricature Carver’s of America
member, and current secretary Randy Landen. Randy’s
carvings reflect his love for caricature, and many of
his pieces are indicative of the humorous events he sees
on a daily basis in his ”real world” job
(He’s a police captain, and he rides a Harley). The “Biker” is
12,” tall including the base, and is carved
in basswood. He is finished in light acrylic washes. Additional

Humphreys
Original

member Eldon Humphreys. Eldon, a resident of Guelph,
Ontario, and a retired Chief Superintendent of the Ontario
Provincial Police is our lone Canadian member. “Jock
MacFore” is typical of Eldon’s style. The
carving is 10” tall, including the base and is finished

Fuller
Original
signed woodcarving by Caricature Carver’s of America
member Gene Fuller. Gene, a retired professor from Boise
State University, has been active in Pacific Northwest
carving activities and the Idaho Carvers Guild for many
years. He has held all of the Guilds principal offices,
including president, and served for two years as the Guild
show chair. Gene was inducted into CCA in 2005. He’s
our Rookie. The “Boxer” is 6” high,
5” wide and 3” deep. He is finished in

Gary
Falin
Original
signed woodcarving by Caricature Carver’s of America
member Gary Falin. Gary, a retired alternative
high school teacher, is a prolific caricature carver. He
teaches on a regular basis, and is a consistent winner
in carving shows and whittling contests. Gary won “Best
of Show” at the first two CCA Caricature Carving
competitions. “Wormy” is mounted on an 11” high
backboard. The carving and backboard are 3” deep. This
piece is typical of Gary’s style. It is finished

Pete LeClair
There
are two Pete LeClair bottle stoppers offered as bonus lots
in our auction. Pete does not sell his carvings so
this will give collectors another opportunity to add a LeClair
piece to his/her collection. This bonus lot is the skinny-face bottle
stopper on a carved base. The second bonus lot will
be listed next week. This bottle stopper is carved
in basswood and is finished in acrylic colors. It is
