Friday, September 19

• 2-4:30 pm: CCA Competition and Ugly Cowboy Competition entries registered.
• 5 -7 pm: Friday Night Gathering at Michael Garman Museum and Gallery

Saturday, September 20

• 8-10 am: CCA Competition and Ugly Cowboy Competition entries registered
• 10 am:
  – Doors open to Carvin’ the Rockies event
  – CCA Competition judging begins
  – Silent Auction bidding begins
• Noon: Live demo by Bob Thurston
• 1 pm: Judging is completed
• 2 pm: CCA Competition winners are announced
• 3 pm: Live demo by Bruce Ankeny
• 4 pm: Show Closes
• 5 pm: Gates open at Flying W Ranch
• 6 pm Dinner is served at Flying W Ranch, performance by Flying W Ranch cowboys and winner of Ugly Cowboy competition is announced

Sunday, September 21

• 10 am: Doors open
• 11 am Live Demo by Kevin Kordtz
• 1-2 pm: World Championship Whittling Competition
• 3 pm: Silent Auction bidding closed
• 3:30 pm: Silent Auction winners announced
• 4 pm: Show closes

Monday, September 22

• 8 am: Carvin’ the Rockies School of Caricature Carving classes
  -Purchase rough outs for classes
• 9 am-4 pm: Class

Tuesday & Wednesday, September 23 & 24

• 9 am–4 pm: Carvin’ the Rockies School of Caricature Carving classes
